"Staff was fine, but the add-ins were confusing"
The staff was okay, I guess. They seemed to know the basics, but when I asked about the add-ins, it got kind of awkward because they couldn’t really explain them clearly. Like, if you’re offering extra stuff, shouldn’t someone be able to tell me what it actually does? Not a huge disaster, but definitely not super reassuring

I had a problem with my order and reached out expecting them to actually fix it. They did eventually reply, but it took way too long, and the solution felt lazy. They tossed me a small credit like that was supposed to make up for it, but there wasn’t even a real apology. This was their mistake, and they handled it like it was barely their problem. Not the absolute worst experience, but definitely frustrating

"easy way to grab a quick smoothie"
i use smoothieking.com when i want something fast that still feels at least a little healthy. i like that they show the nutrition info, so it’s easy to compare stuff like protein, lower sugar options, and smoothies that fit around workouts. ordering is simple too, which is nice when i’m in a hurry. not everything is low calorie, so i usually check before i pick one, but overall it makes choosing way easier.
"They never have what I order"
I’ve tried ordering from Smoothie King online a few times now, and it’s just frustrating because half the time the drink or item I pick suddenly isn’t available after I’ve already started checking out.
The app or site still makes it look like it’s in stock, so I just end up wasting time putting the whole order together. Then I either have to pick something else I didn’t really want or cancel the order completely.
It’s really annoying when you’re craving one specific smoothie. I just wish they’d keep the online menu updated, because right now ordering ahead feels kind of pointless.

"Way too sweet for me"
I wanted to like it, but for me it was just too sweet, like really sweet it was. And then after, there was this weird aftertaste that I couldn't get past.

I was hoping for a smooth, easy-to-drink smoothie, but this one came out really thick and kind of chunky. Compared to other places I’ve tried, it just didn’t blend as well and felt more like I was eating it than drinking it.

I kind of wish I’d picked a cleaner spot, to be honest. The floors looked alright, but the tables definitely needed a wipe down, which made the place feel a little less comfortable

I ordered from smoothieking.com and the smoothie itself was fine , but the packaging wasn’t the best . The cup felt a little sticky and the lid didn’t seem super secure . Nothing really spilled everywhere , but it was still kind of messy to deal with . Overall , it wasn’t terrible , but it definitely could’ve been better .

"I’ve been to a few different Smoothie King..."
I’ve been to a few different Smoothie King locations, they’re reliable. I usually get the same smoothie, and it almost always tastes the way I expect it to. The staff is usually quick too, which I appreciate even if I don’t think about it much. Not the kind of place I’m raving about nonstop, but I can’t really complain.

Not gonna lie, having a drive-thru at my Smoothie King makes life so much easier. I can swing by on my way to work, grab my smoothie, and never even have to get out of the car. It’s usually quick and just super convenient

They have a big menu, so I can usually find something new to try. A few of the blends do taste kind of similar, which feels like a preventable thing if they mixed it up a bit more, but overall there are still plenty of good options

I usually just check the app quickly and assume my rewards will be there, but sometimes they don’t show up. It’s a little frustrating because my brain goes straight to, “Okay, I earned it, so it should be in the app,” and then I end up having to double-check later

"Delivery has been reliable for me"
I’ve ordered from Smoothie King through the site a handful of times, usually when I’m too busy to make something at home or I’m just using that as my excuse, and the delivery has been dependable overall.
One order showed up about 10 minutes late, but i wasn’t in a huge rush and the drink was still cold with no spills, so I couldn’t be too annoyed. The tracking was decent enough for me to know what was going on.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s been reliable for me most of the time, even if it hasn’t been perfect every single order

The smoothie itself was fine, but the staff acted like I was bothering them just by ordering. it put me in a bad mood because there’s no reason to make customers feel unwelcome. If the experience was bad, that’s on the staff, not the drink.
